They listened to our concerns, conducted research on our trees in order that they were properly cared for, removed the dead limbs and pruned back the limbs that were endangering our home and cars. Very nice and professional. My cat was stuck in a tree and not just a tree, but a huge tree. I called Brock's Tree Service and he came to.my house in like 10 minutes. What a great experience! I am so happy I found these guys. They are all super conscientious about the job they did. The site was cleaned up. The stump and root ball of a 150 year old tree is completely removed, hole filled in and the debris completely taken away. I am from Raleigh and was helping a fried getting this done so I had concerns getting this done correctly. I highly recommend Brocks tree service. They did an amazing job in trimming four large cedar trees in our back yard last weekend and gave us back our mountain views. They trimmed numerous large branches from the trees, hauled those branch away, and picked up any small branches in our yard. We needed some trees taken down on our fence line. They were too close together and hanging over the fence. He came earlier than expected and that was GREAT! He worked very fast taking down a huge tree in our front yard that would have fallen on our house if a bad storm came our way. Good thing he did because we had a Super-Cell drop on our subdivision!!!! We had a Blue Spruce taken up by the roots that luckily he had trimmed or it may have landed on an outdoor building. These Guy's done a great job on removing a couple of trees that was a threat to my out building and a major threat was trimming a large branch from the over hanging tree just on the property line. The clean up from the debris was spot on with everything hauled away and no signs of any damages to the yard or other properties. We tried to call several other services so that we could get comparisons. We have two pecan trees that needed to be pruned and we were not able to do it ourselves.
